Add the possibility to transfer ownership

The author of NoXray would like to give me the ownership of his project but it’s currently not possible to do this on the Ore page.

It’s not a priority issue but we will look into it.

Oh sorry, I didn’t see there were already an issue for it. For now can an Ore admin help us to transfer the ownership ?
