Cannot work out pex i haz the dumb

i just cannot wrap my head around pex and looking online for tutorial vids just doesnt work as so many different versions

please can any1 help me create a pex json file that contains

groups for:
owner
admin
mod
helper
events
supporter+
supporter
member+
member
i cannot work out how to do it properly can any1 help me please i can add the perms into it but its the making of groups i cannot work out

PEX 2.0 is context based. Meaning, when you use a command that refers to a group: if that group didn’t exist before, then it does now. It creates them as you add permissions (or prefixes) to them. HTH
