Door Claiming plugin

Hello everyone,

I need a simple plugin for claim doors by sneak + rightclick for exemple and execute custom command (like "/money remove 200 ") like in Garry’s Mod DarkRP. And an option for when the player disconnect or on a reboot, all doors claimed by player (or all players for reboot) will be declaimed. PS : The server is in ADVENTURE gamemode.
EDIT : And if it’s possible to add a Lock Pick (item for lock pick will be choosable in config file) for a possibility to pick up the door.

Is it possible ?
If you have not time to do a plugin please just give me a code I can compile by myself (I know bases of SpongeAPI and Gradle).

I assume you mean, “Pick the lock, and open the door temporarily” if you want to mimic garrys mod?
