Total Economy v1.5.0
The latest version of Total Economy has just been released.
- Balance Top command (/balancetop, /baltop)
- Added alias for the set balance command (/setbal)
- Added a money cap that can be enabled/disabled as well as set from the main config
- Ability to set default job notifications state. Thanks to @MarkL4YG.
- Jobs config can now be reloaded without having to restart the server. (/sponge plugins reload)
- The pay command can be used to add/remove money from the console. To remove money just do “pay [NAME] -[AMOUNT]”.
- Job Info command (/job info) (Displays a paginated list of everything that earns exp/money for the players current job)
- Updated to latest versions of Forge and Sponge
- CHANGE: EXP/Money is no longer rewarded for breaking blocks that a player placed. This replaces the preventJobFarming node.
- FIX: Job permissions were changed back to their normal values
- FIX: Issue with Cause.of has been fixed

Having an issue with /baltop /balancetop
When we run it, it says invalid value.
Using API 5 1.10.2. We tried Sponge 1692 and 1709.
There was an issue with the last few builds of Sponge working with Pixelmon and caused players to be unable to send out Pokemon. 1709 fixes this. 1693-1708 don’t work for Pixelmon servers.
Please post any and all issues here: https://github.com/Erigitic/TotalEconomy/issues/new. Also include the error log along with it so you can get a more accurate response.
Will this work on API 4 or is it exclusive for API 5 only?
I’m using is just fine on 1.8.9
No, I mean the new version that just came out. 1.5.0.
You’re probably using 1.4.1 which most 1.8.9 servers are using?
Total Economy 1.5.0 is using version 5 of the Sponge API.
Most of the API 5 plugins here also work on API 4, just wondering if this one does. I’d like to use the new features, but wouldn’t want to break anything in case it doesn’t work, I’ll just stick with 1.4.1
This I am not sure of. I only tested it on the latest version of Sponge. Sorry.
I tested it on 1.8.9 (v1.5.0), and it worked fine other than /baltop tossing an error.
I created the job hunter… earning coins for killing the mobs works, but:
If I kill an mob with the bow I earn no money.
Can u fix this please or tell me how to force that problem?
Also can you please add a command to “reduce” player coins manually?
I work with the nucleus plugin where you can pay for using an command.
As OP I finally do not pay any money, so I would manually reduce the coins.
Another problem is that e.g. as farmer you can “place carrot” or something and cut it down instant and earn coins for it.
Is it possible do add an delay between getting coins for doing something like place and cut down carrots?
I hope u understand me :]

When I try to /viewbalance for certain players, I get the following error?
Any idea why this is happening for certain players? The accounts.conf lists their balance fine.

Awaiting that version then
How feasible would it be to restrict specific nodes to certain jobs?
I don’t think this would be necessary as it is currently completely up to the person in charge of configuration files, in most cases the server owner, as to what jobs get what nodes. So there would be no reason to restrict nodes as the server owner can decide what nodes each job has.
