End Portal Protected?

Hello,
I own a server running direwolf20 1.10 when players kill the dragon the end portal and Egg are protected I can’t seem to find out how to remove this protection. If anyone has any idea what the cause of this is that would be great.

Its vanilla spawn protection. Either set it to 0 in server.properties or move it.
