As I have repeatedly stated, it is not and has never been due to SpongeAuth. It’s due to Ore.

OK, the limitations of the system are thus:

  • If you have no projects on Ore, the user name may be changed, by staff intervention.
    We’d prefer not to have to do so unless there is a good reason.
  • If you have projects on Ore, then the situation is more complicated.
