Looking for a plugin to add new worlds

Greetings; i am looking for a plugin to add new worlds to Sponge, a second Overworld, another Nether, you get the idea.
ideally i’d like to choose which Biomes the wold is spawned with; but if not then i’ll make do with seed selection.

I am using Spongeforge: Forge v2655 Sponge API v7.1

You had to write to another section. Try Nucleus.
