Ah i know what he means.
When you go through a portal you appear on the other side (as normal) but if you dont jump off the portal you can not get chat out nor can you quit the game (for some reason).
Whats happened is he has gone through the portal but got disconnected when he went through. Meaning he is stuck in the position where you can not use chat nor quit. His server uses FlexyLogin. Because he can not open chat he can not login.
