Stack Crafting Lag?

Has anyone noticed the lag on servers when someone shift clicks a stack to craft?
Can’t seem to figure out what’s causing it.

I have also noticed this, wasn’t sure what was causing it though as I use a lot of mods.

I heard it might just be a bug with 1.12, as it treats every single item in that stack as its own craft. So it has to recalculate all mods and modded recipes each time.

I wonder if that could be addressed somehow by Sponge… maybe make a request in SpongeCommon, to see if the devs have an idea?
